RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
You may request a refund/return of an item purchased from Baby Bunny Boutique within 5 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please request a return by contacting us at support@babybunny.org. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. You will be notified once the process has been completed. Please take note that once we issue a refund, the time it takes to receive the refund is determined by your bank and/or credit card company.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please contact us immediately if you receive an item defective, damaged, or incorrect. We want to make any necessary corrections, but we must hear from you within the first 24 hours of receipt.
